No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend the event, changes in personal circumstances, or weather conditions.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend the event.

To transfer your ticket, you must provide the new attendee’s name and contact details to the event organizer at least 72 hours before the event.
The new attendee will be subject to all terms and conditions of the ticket purchase.

Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for one person only and must be presented at the event for entry.

Event Changes
The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue. In such cases, tickets will remain valid, and no refunds will be issued.
In the unfortunate event that we cannot hold the event on 7 November 2026, the event will be postponed and held at a later date.
